Well Summer is coming to a close here in good ole North Carolina. Although cowgirl boots will be around for the rest of the year, Lo paired them up with this simple and summery red and white dress. Added a pop of color with the bubble necklace and called it a night.

As much as I love the look of bubble necklaces, I'm not sure I could pull it off. You do wonderfully!
